Found some nice artifacts. Need opinions

the chunk of metal looks like it has lions feet on it and its very heavy. im thinking it might have been a paper weight from the British? the flat plate looks like a musket shot at it but idk if a musket ball would make that kind of damage on a steel plate? and i think i found a trigger as you can see in the pictures idk if any of this stuff is of period and any opinions on this stuff id love to hear! thanks guys

The trigger looking piece looks like it is made of junk/white metal in the pic. Could it be from a toy gun? Good luck identifying the other pieces of iron. I don't think you are going to positively ID any of those pieces...and certainly you won't be able to associate them with the revolutionary war. Keep trying though!
