Took out some shield nickels that i got awhile ago for a buck each at a coin store, they were advertised as "No-Dates".? Well i sat down with some isopropyl alcohol and a magnifiying glass and determined the dates.? They were 1873, 1868, 1870, and 1866 or 1867 with rays.? The one with rays has a counterstamp: C.E. WA? Any ideas on this counterstamp?
