From the land of the Bluenose.....what a sight! No not the picture below but the Russian cargo plane which landed at work today. It is suppose to be the second largest plane in the world. Ironically it was loading up snow/runway cleaning machines that were built here in Nova Scotia and destined for an airport in the Ukarine.
Not a bad sight either was some of this years silver which I cleaned using the glass pie plate lined with tin foil with baking soda and water poured over it.<center><img src="http://im1.shutterfly.com/procserv/47b7cc30b3127cceb22c60f3d2a500000026108AcM2bhk4ZN2"></center>
In a real pickle now as the new FE-210 Olympus camera that they gave me to replace the FE-200 .......will not load the software on my windows 98. Called the National Olympus Customer Service center and after one hour and 45 minutes on the phone they told me that they couldn't find a route to get the camera working on the Windows 98. Kicking up a stink and asking for an older camera that "will" download on windows 98.
Which leds to three possibilities;
1. buy new computer
2. buy a new camera
3. trade this new camera with my sister for her old Kodak
Easyshare
Mind you everytime I download the software for the Kodak from the net my email freezes and nothing else. Going to be a long winter!
