Bottom pic looks like alignment pins No Idea on the top Its pretty toasted

The top piece is a lapel pin, with the remnants of of the attachments on the back. It appears to have four cylinders or pistons across the top, with four interlocking hands/arms in the middle. Something like the Local Brotherhood of Machinists or the like. Those alignment pins are interesting...Sub
