Found Ring - Translate please? Chinese?

Found this ring today - can anyone read the writing on the inside of the band?

Call me crazy but i'm not so sure its chinese...the first mark is very similar to a swiss company Revue Thommen's logo (a R + T combo logo). The second mark looks like a cross coupled with a plus sign. I might be wrong and it could very well be two chinese characters or import markings but thought I'd through an alternative out there.
