Found possible ancient coin, silver, and electric scooter!

I picked this up at a flea market today for $1, cant be to bad of a deal. Its quite heavy for its size, and appears to have a head and some lettering around one edge and an "I" on the back, and possibly the word "ONE". Anybody see an ancient coin like this before?

I also got a 10 centavos from 1944, 75% silver for $1, some REAL casino dice $1, and an electric scooter made by currie for $65
