Found on Treasure Coast Florida What kind of rock?

Title pretty much says it all =D Funky looking rock? Or shell? About an 1 1/2 inch long. Not heavy, but not light either. Mid-weight.
Found walking Playalinda Beach, Cape Canaveral. Didn't see anything else similar.
