Found on Civil War Engagement Area Silver

Found this today while relic hunting. Definatly silver, symbols are hard to make out. Anybody know what it might be.
Really thin as well.

Looks like some sort Reale to me.

It looks like a silver reale (1/2 maybe) I'm not an expert though. Great find!

Found it in the Jamestown/Williamsburg area. Maybe is a real.

Sorry for being stupid, but what eaxactly is a Reale. I am thinking of a coin you find on old shipwrecks etc. Am I close? Reale of Eight Etc.?

Spanish Reales were coins found on ship wrecks. Pieces of 8 are from them.
