unfortunately = dug copper coins are only worth maybe 1/4th of what non dug ones are worth (monetary wise) no matter how good they look.

Still in all = it's a beauty and a rare find both in condition and scarcity and always makes for a great day to find such = congrats

When I say my most valuable coin find...I'm talking about Book Value based on condition if it hadn't been dug or at least wasn't green. I say that because I have dug a few Indians that amazingly you cannot tell that they were in the ground. Or at least they are not that obvious because they are not green.

I fully realize this coin would get knocked down and not fetch as high of a price because it was dug out of the ground.

As far as fetching 1/4 of the value on it...I guess it all depends on who the bidders are and the rarity of the coin.

Doesn't really matter to me...I don't have any plans to sell it anyway.
