I went back to the field where I found the barber dime a while back and dug about 20 trash items and then got a nickel reading at 6 inches and the pinpointer narrowed it down to 4 inches. I cut a big plug out and flipped it over and saw a round spot in the bottom of the clod where the nickel fell out. I sifted through the dirt and found it and thought "I bet this is an old one". It turned out to be an 1893 V nickel. Yeah buddy, I grinned big as could be for five minutes. I talked to a 85 year old man a while later and he said there used to be houses there back when he was a kid. I guess I better ask him where others used to be. I found a pendant and thought it was old till I cleaned it up. Must not be too old...But it does say "RELIC" on it, lol...You all have a good one

The relic medallion usually contains a small sliver of bone from the saint named... Hard to find not really practiced today.. Possible that a nun or preist lost it.. :o
Ray.
Just looked at the pic again the relic is a few threads of his cape....
