Found my first Silver (ring) of 2007

With the weather still being fairly warm up here I wanted to get out detecting as it's supposed to get COLD this week! I went to a school in the area, hit the woodchips and only found some clad and a key. Decided to check the grass around the parking lot and got a pretty strong signal in the silver range (I LOVE seeing that!) Dug the ring up from about 3 inches or so...it's huge! Definitely the biggest ring I've found yet, and yes it has those 3 little numbers we all love to see...925! On the way back to the car I saw a wallet laying on the ground under a tree. It didn't have any money in it, no I.D. at all, just some pokemon cards and the keyring with 3 keys on it in a zipper pocket. I'm happy as I've only been out 3 times so far in 2007 and already found something decent!
