I was out Saturday with six of my hunting buddies at a park near my home and I scored my "FIRST" Indian cent a 1873 in great shape! I was using my ATPro and it was eight inches down.

Awesome Find! :icon_thumleft: That IH looks like it is in really good shape, you can see all of the letters in LIBERTY. NICE!

Sweet Find
I was whining about not finding one just yesterday. I did just get my ATPro Friday, but I do have shield nickels from my Ace 250. I just want me an injun. BAD

Congrats ! Can't wait to find my first indian. AT Pro's rock !

That's in fantastic shape! The IH is one of my favorite coins.

congrats on your first mild stone I'm sure theirs more tocome.don't drink and drive you might spill your drink

Great find and even more amazing the condition it's in.

That looks like the "closed 3" variety, which I believe is slightly more rare than the "open 3" variety. Great find, and with the AT Pro you say? Can't wait till I get mine!

Congratulations on your first IH Cent. That's a nice one!
Nick

Congrats. I'm still looking for my first one. Or non clad coinage of any sort.

Sent from my iPad using TreasureNet

I did use my ETrac in the same area but must have missed it. Joe G found a Gold Queen Victoria Sovereign today down from where I found my Indian with his Whites VX3

Very nice and an old one also!

First coin finds are always cool, it's a great feeling!

Congrats on the Indian
