Found a lot of medals at a Army air base but none of them looked like yours.I would say its military of some kind.aa

It looks like a run-of-the-mill sterling silver religious medal. It has the look of being WWII vintage. Someone would have bought this at a jewelry shop, probably to give as a gift.
I'm not sure what information you are seeking? It certainly is not a presentation medal or an official government product. You can buy similar religious medals in stores today.
As for value, I would say it is worth scrap silver price. Hope that helps.
