Myself and my 4 yr old were out the back yard testing his kids metal detector when we come across the rocks attached.
They are both magnetic, the small piece holds onto a magnet whilst the larger piece is attracted. It appears to have the darkened crust areas. You can also see tiny sand like white pieces that shine. For its size, about the size of a 50 cent coin it seems heavy.
