Found in front of driverside rear tire

Parked my taxi to let off passanger at airport and as I got out to open the trunk I saw this coin winking up at me. I think it is Canadian or British. The date is 2005 and it is octangle cut. My be a limited edition. Photos ain"t so good best I can do for now.
