Found in an Old Shed behind a Garage Sale

Found several different things in a run down shed of a garage sale owner, before sale started. For these and a few more items, she wanted $25.

Any idea what car the dash came out of?

Rambler or another American Motors products....

The dash looks like a early to mid 60's Ford F-100. The 4 small guages around the edge are different though. Look on the back of the speedo and see if there is a CXXXX number on it. The first number after the C is the year. Ex: C5AE.... Is 1965. 1950's start with B and 1970's start with D.

Dashboard and Air conditioners. Maybe an automotive shop would know.

Those fans alone were worth the price. Old fans are quite collectible.

I would say Corvair also. I drove one in the 80's and it had the exact dial and I do believe it was in the same place.

Just to explain "where I've been", when I had time to get back on, I found the change
in forum listing and couldn't remember how this was listed....
(I'm also hiding my own Easter eggs)

The info you gave was great, I wanted to come back and say "Thank You" for your help!

It made since, too, because in the rest of the things I found, there was a Left & Right set of F-100 hood emblems. What would you price those for our coming garage sale?

I'd sell it on Ebay if you have an account, here is your instrument panel, it sold for $99

Depending on condtion you should be able to get $20-$50 for the pair of emblems/ornaments, I would think.

Yard sale will be a hard sell unless you practically give them away or happen upon someone that actually needs them. Try Craigslist first if you don't have an Ebay account. Much more exposure than a yardsale. Good luck.

Thanks for the help, Diggummup. I've not ventured into the land of selling on Ebay or Craig's list,
but it appears with some of the garage sale finds I'm seeing, I'll have to try it. I've been itching to sell a surface grinding attachment called a "Harig No. 1".... New, it sells for almost $2,000. This one is still in its own hard carrying case and appears to have been stored and totally unused...
