Found in a shady spot in AZ in 1965

I would have given up on the wild hogs as well. Did you ever go back to that spot? Nice hunt.

I did go back a few years ago before I retired but that spot was up in the rocks and I never did find it. In AZ, any shady spot will yield artifacts. The laws have changed.. soooo picking up a point that cattle hooves have fractured is now a crime. OMG! I suppose these points are safer in a box in the basement of a museum than being enjoyed by yall here.. Go figure

I guess it makes sense the government should own everything. That why we pay their salarys,,,,,,,,, grrrr. Would enjoy a Elk hunt out there though. Thanks for sharing your great finds.

Those are some nice corner notched points you got there. Nice resting spot out of the shade, and plenty of artifacts it seems. I would have skipped the Hog hunt as well.
