Found in a Farm Field

Found this odd something or other the other day.It screws together and has some rubber seals inside.I've never seen this before, thought I wou;ld ask the experts.

can you show a picture of the small end. It looks like a spray tip but I can't see the opening.

I can assume the wire feed comes through the middle and the seals inside are for the gas. Argon?I think it is made of copper.Heres a pic of the small end.
