Found in a cleanout today

I found this Senator watch that has me intrigued. I am hoping someone might know what year it is or maybe a value. I tried to get a clearer picture. I like the airplane that floats as the second hand. It is swiss made with 17 jewels.

That's what I was thinking to because I see nothing attached when looking from the edge. Then again the disc could be attached to the hands. It keeps good time. I keep it wound and it hasn't lost time yet.....
