I checked the Wally world coinstar near me and found some coins and a house key in the reject tray. There were 2 Mexican $1 coins and a Brazilian 50 centavos along with 36 cents in clad. One of the dimes was from the floor under the front edge of the machine. Does this count as OMWBTTC?

Thanks for looking! HH

That's sure a different find. I found my 4th steel penny at the same Coinstar in a short time frame this week. All excellent condition. Are they a different weight that would cause rejection?

A zincoln is 2.5 grams, a steel cent is 2.7 grams. However, a copper cent is 3.1 grams. The machines will accept copper and zinc. Not sure how accurate the weight needs to be. Maybe it's because the steel cents are attracted to a magnet?
