Picture is a little dark, but I think it may be this... coins of china, the Ch'ing Dynasty

Think it is the second row center.

yep it looks Chinese, I recently watched a guy on youtube that found one of these and he explained it was Chinese & the tell tale sign is the square hole in the center.

I think that would be hard to discern, having only seen one side (albeit dimly lit). If you agree that the one side matches the one HuntinDog suggested in the link he posted, then you can click on that image in the link and it then shows the variations of the opposite side, and rough values.
