Found this by a river no clue what it is. Was thinking maybe man made because of straight lines what is in between it looks kind of like some kind of adhesive because from the sides it looks like it interlocks.

What you'll think? Maybe it's just a rock to?

Brick and mortar” refers to a business that has at least one physical location that customers can visit. The term arose in response to the proliferation of internet-based businesses that customers could only visit online.

BUT, really you just have two broken bricks with a single layer of mortar.

Yup it really looks like that.

Do you think it could be some kind of artifact or something more recent?

Seriously. The ID on this should've of been a slam-dunk for just about anyone I thought. Gosh I was thinking almost anyone out there who can walk and talk had seen a brick building a few time in their lifetime.
I found it in a place where you wouldn't think any bricks would be found it. It was a river that took about an hour on foot to walk to.

I really didn't even think of it but ya when you said that it seems like it would be obvious

This rock occurs naturally. Don't be discouraged, we all found things like this when we started. You have to look to find!
