Found this button tonight on a 1700s tavern site I'm assuming it's probably newer than that but can't find any info on the maker it's hard to read but it says JW Sexton any info is greatly appreciatedFactor IMG_8620.webpIMG_8621.webp

Two piece Convex buttons first came out in 1813. So after then.
