Found another one!

After looking for star notes for about 2 months, i found my second one. Its a Richmond Virginia 2003 series in fine condition. Probably not worth much more than a dollar in that condition, but i'll keep it anyway.
How often do you guys find star notes?

They are more common than you think. You have to check your note to see if it's a short run. Those are worth the most.
