Found and Inscribed ring, need help with language

Found this ring, it is inscribed both inside and out. Would love for some one to help identify the language. I would like to get it translated and try to find the owner, because I believe it could be a wedding band or ceremonial ring. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

Can't see the inside picture. If you would hold them upright we might see it better.
The outside language looks like arabic...although I'm no expert in Middle Eastern Languages.
