Found an ususual St Chistopher Today

Newbie hunter and to T_Net. Found this today in woods. Has anyone come across anything similar ? Looks to be made of silver. How old is it ?

I found a round one that has the same things on it...

Judging from the car and airplane on it,i'd say it's from the 40's. It's quite possible that it is sterling, I found one that is. There are thousands of different designs of St.Christopher medals and badges,he was the Patron saint of travel safety before the Vatican decanonized him in a late 20th century purge of the list of saints.
