Beats finding a throw-away Bic any day! (like I did today!)

OMG!!

My parents had the EXACT same lighter on their coffee table back in the late 1950's!!
I can remember it just like it was yesterday.

What's really weird is that I was thinking of that very same lighter (belonging to my parents)
this morning when I got up. . . and if it was sterling silver. It's funny how your mind will play
games with obscure things you remember when you were a kid.

Thanks for posting your find. . . memories are priceless!

If you want it I will send it to you, prolly means more to you than me , just let me know and it's yours

Cool find! My aunt used to have several throughout her house even though she never smoked.

Wow. . . that is so nice of you to offer your find but I can't accept.

I'm fairly certain my brother has it in his possession. . . after my parents passed.
I can't thank you enough for offering it though. . . just seeing it means more to
me than possessing it. It's all in the memories.

I wish you the best in your future hunts,

Mark

Wow really cool of you to offer that to him, sask hunter! Good stuff!

Sent from my iPhone using TreasureNet

The offer still stands!! If you change your mind just let me know, it was just real kewl how he had a memory about the lighter and then I posted my find , this seems like a common 60's era lighter

That thing's pretty clean for a beach find!
