Found an Great Seal Eagle medallion today

I found this today at a 1830's house. I don't know exactly what it is but it is cool.

not from 1830s but ffrom 1900s WW1-WW2 era great seal. May have been a collar disc....

Yes a Rosette came to mind also, though we need a sizing ref. also if it's solid or thinly stamped.

It is a bridle rosette 2 inches in diameter

It appears to be solid brass. If so, it might be a horse item from WW1.
