found a strange piece today

I decided to walk the neighbor's field after he had planted beans in it. Although the ground was not worked the planter stirred the dirt just enough to work some pieces up. I found 3 broken knives and one piece that I am not sure of. Never seen one like it. Could be some sort of knife maybe It is definitely worked and has a very sharp point at one end and sharp edges on both sides along with a ridge down the center. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Nice knife tool. I found some broken like that today at least you were lucky enough to find a whole one. Could of been a salvaged piece and they just decided to make something with it instead of tossing it or maybe a flake knife type. Glad you were able to get out and have a look. I think my neck is sunburned, HH rock

That appears to be about 1/3 of what was a very large and nice bi-face knife of some form. Nice material too.
