found a silver plated oriental disk (whats it for?)

I didn't find much today except this thin brass disk with an oriental lady on it. Looks to be silver plated and was for some kind of decoration. Anyone had any ideas o what it came off of. It's 2" across and it came from a house site dating back to atleast 1900. My camera couldn't pick up all the details on it as it quite ornate.
