There's nothing like tri-tip! Hard to find here, but well worth the effort. I marinate mine in 50/50 soy sauce & garlic infused olive oil & grill it to med rare. OMG!!!

The merc is glued to the back of the bottle of Mercury Head wine. There were 7 or 8 bottles on the shelf, and all of the mercs were different years. I liked the '35 merc as I want to celebrate Michigan State beating Michigan 35 - 21 yesterday.
