found a preform and a scraper

Got a little rain here the other day so I walked around for a couple hours yesterday evening. Found this thumb scraper and a preform that's kind of neat. The preform looks like it was halfway done down towards the hafting area before it was discarded.

Preform could of still been used as a hand tool couldnt it? Check the edges and see if there is any secondary flaking.

Don't see any reason why it couldn't have been used as a hand tool. Looks like the top half might have been reworked?
