In the empty lot next door. Must have been buried awhile ago. Tried to clean it up with the dremel. Pewter?

If you know what you're doing the dremmel can do wonders with artifacts.
Especially those that are crusted and impervious to chems. Also the brass
wheels when used delicately to put an even tone on the object. The tiny brass
dremmel tools are great for cleaning cruddy cartridge shells and brass articles
like compacts and old stuff we have drawers full of. Who wants to look at
dingy pieces of metal? You can't see the detail unless you buff.

Pewter will clean up with hot hydrogen peroxide and a toothbrush.
