My digging partner Larry and I went out for a while on Sunday, as the crops are still in the fields and we cannot hunt the older sites, we decided to hunt some houses that are going to be torn down soon, we had hunted the yards before and found a lot of clad some wheat's and some silver, before Brian moved he hunted with us and found some silver there. The day was going as usual, we were finding clad and a couple of wheat's and then I wondered into a yard that we had not hunted and right away I hit a nest of wheat cents and then a Mercury followed by 2 Silver Washington Quarters another Mercury and then a Silver Rosy, they were not one right after another, I found other coins in between. I ended the day with 5 clad quarters, 5 clad dimes, 43 Memorial cents, 18 Wheat cents, 1 Canadian cent, 2 silver quarters, 3 silver dimes, a child's thimble and the remains of a "Diamond" Necklace, I got 4 "Diamonds" Well maybe they are glass, they really did look good as they came to light through the dark dirt, I heard the metal backings on my "Diamonds" is why I dug them. I will return to that yard again. I only put up a picture of the Silver coins as I am sure everyone has seen Wheat cents and clad. Thanks for looking and Good Luck digging...............Lee[/img]

Good deal on the silver and welcome to TNET. ;D

Post all the stuff as long as the pictures are decent.

You are one of the guys Brian told me he hunted with that never really found much. I can see it's probably a little overstated. ;)

Nice job Lee!

He never found much because he found it all at the parks 30 years ago and didn't leave any to be found, haha. Those guys picked the Muncie parks virtually clean years ago!
