Got a couple pieces of cord marked pottery and the outside face of a smooth sherd, and then there was this odd thing that has the weight texture and look of pottery but is very thin comparatively and oddly shaped not sure what to think of it at the moment, the soil is limestone crumbles filled with dust, so I’m not sure about burned earth but is suppose it could have been swept off the top of the overhang above.

The two are ok size about 1.5 inches, I’ve got probably 100 now all from the same place haven’t tried to piece together in a while but that’s another reason I like finding them, maybe someday I’ll have all the pieces to the puzzle… I know I’ve got atleast two pots, I’ve got a tapered rim shred that’s cord marked and one with a thicker lip that’s dimpled/crenelated

I wonder if there’s a program where you could 3d scan the pieces and it would tell you where the pieces go
