Found a Button .... any info ???

hi all you t-net-ters,

i havnt been posting lately because i just dont have a lot of time but i wanted to show this button i found and see anyone could give some info. it was the most in tact button i had found but as i was cleaning it i squeezed the back to hard and it decintergraded. also curious about the latin if thats what it is.
