Well ya'll know I'm just about the pottery queen on here but once in a while I find a point. This is not much to look at but I love it and it was a challenge to get to the spot where I found it. I've been eyeballing a spot in the creek that I've been afraid to go in to due to some huge fallen trees criss crossing each other there, they don't look stable and I have a fear of one falling on me, getting me stuck face down in the water lol It's a nice spot that collects things and is also where I found the little black Palmer in my avatar. Anyway this little guy is broke so I'm not able to type it but he's still a cute one to add to my small point collection. Thanks for looking and HH!

I always kick the trees or push on them to make sure they arent going no place before I climb under them. When yakking I always hate going under them hoping they dont fall you just never know when it could go. I have been walking and seen a few trees just fall from age. Glad you scored a point and hopefully more will pop for you.

Nice find. They don't call them hung up trees widow makers for nothing, be careful.

Something whole will wash up for you soon. Gotta be one in there somewhere. Happy hunting

Thanks everyone for the likes and comments. oh and rock, I was tugging on one of the trees to make sure it didn't go anywhere, still it just being there freaks me out. I really hate those trees have all collected the way they have in that one spot since it was one of my prime hunting areas.

Another reason I hate going under them is the darn ticks drop on ya. Plenty of them out this year due to a warm winter.

Looks like a rock to me. Got any pick of the edge/thickness?

Stay at it Peaches. Never know what you're about to find. I always hit or shake the trees before I go under because I've seen quite a few snakes sunning themselves on them. Once I was in my kayak going down a river and saw one right under the limb I was about to go under 10-12 feet away. Had to furiously back peddle at the last second.
