You’re correct about the name of the names, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of solid information (in Tice’s books) about the specific individuals, their location or specific dates. But sometime in the 1830-50 range.

Agree "Golden Age" button. 1830's - 40's. Sandland seems to be a common name in the industry. Nothing really on EAVES.
The style and stippled background remind me of Benedict & Burnham buttons from the same era. "Basket of Flowers" was a popular motif.
Imagine 8 or 9 of those on the front of your jacket. They would certainly make a statement.
