if you don't find it relaxing watching someone else work :tongue3:
stART AT THE 6:00 POINT

considering where he found it, and obvious condition,
the new homeowner didn't tip or test him. it wasn't even on his property .
and it could have washed there or blew there from way up the road.
I'd keep it. still not sure if he kept it or not.
he said he'd say at the end, but my brain couldn't interpret any definite outcome,
but I think he gave it away, and the homeowner who already begged for a free mow
took it. and claimed he was gonna start a charity :dontknow:

I would've done as Harry Chapin said in his song Taxi........."stuff the bill in my shirt"

Friends owned the last used bookstore in the county and closed it just before the pandemic. I was in there during the shop's last week when a customer found a $100 bill in a book. Funny thing was to watch from the sideline as both the customer and the owner argued that the other deserved to keep the find. I was as surprised to hear the shop owner come up with such a gracious argument in favor of the customer as the customer made a case that it rightly belonged to the shop owner. In the end, the fascinating scene ended when they split the find, each taking $50.
