… neat piece. I think its a bison horn core. Need really good pics of the “ends”..the term escapes
Me right now but it will be along soon of the pattern you will see..

Didn't even acure to me to be a bison. I have found bison teeth in the same location. Your 2 for 2 it seems Fat. Nobody else has come up with any better ideas yet. If not by Friday I will mark them solved. Thanks for the input.

Talked to an inuit elder from Kotzebue, Al. Said it is a Mammoth. The outside layer is called bark and its rare to find it still attached. He explained a bison horns ridges run horizontal and aren't as defined. He also confirmed a camel astragalus " ankle bone" fossil and an antler I found from some sort of miniature deer.
