Found this in a mid 20th century dump. Has 1930 on top, Fort Worth and guest in the middle, southwestern expo on top, and &fat stock show on the bottom. I know it is in Texas and it's a rodeo/show. Anyone know any addition information about it? Maybe what the object actually is?

Just realized the bottom piece is a longhorn head. Huh

The Fort Worth Fat Stock Show and Rodeo issues badges yearly that are like passes. People collect them. Nice find.

I'm originally from Ft. Worth and have gone to the Fat Stock Show since childhood. The public school system actually used to shut down for a day and all the school kids got free tickets to attend. It's no longer called the Fat Stock (politically incorrect).. I think the cows had their feelings hurt.

The badges, like yours, typically got you access to more of the events and parties. Kansas City does the same. The funny things is-- the F.W. Stock Show is actually going on right now. So it's a timely find. Enjoy!
