foriegn 1 cent.any ideas

after finding my first seated earlier in the afternoon i continued to hunt stubble field.Found a foriegn 1 cent piece not sure where its from,writing on it is very small and im gettin older lol.....any help would be appreciated...also found a broach with large yellow stone in it...any ideas what the stone might be...after that i picked up another dateless standing liberty quarter is my 5th of the year only 1 has a fully readable date thanx for looking and for any help...hh jon

Can you tell what the writing says on the coin??

the writing is very small, i can make out some of the letters but not many in a row,i see one word is roi other than that not sure

The stone may be Topaz, Citrine, possibly Amber? I'm just guessing -JD in WV
