The items included the Scottish pistol, a man's leather shoe and a small lead plaque reading "James Towne" -- the equivalent of a colonial luggage tag.

Hmm...maybe that's whre they hid the body. LOL

I went there as a child with my parents.


I remember (being only 6) being tired and bored to death. We were in some room of an old building, and being tired I sat on a chair.
The chair was several hundred years old, and the tour guide about had a fit. Needles to say I had to stand the rest of the way haha.
