I hate to always be bothering people on here when I need help, but I have a question. A friend of mine on eBay sent me some foreign paper money and some older foreign coins in a Christmas card to me the other day and I need some help. I was wondering the following:
1) What is the exchange rate on these? (I'm not going to turn around and cash them in, just curious.)
2) What is the value of these bills? (Again, I'm not going to try and sell them, just wondering.)
3) Rarity/production numbers (if available)
