Foreign coins , clad & ring #14 silver

Hunted early this morning at a school field . I had not hunted this one before . Very small soccer field . Founds some foreign coins , including another 10% silver Mexican dollar . 1949S Wheat cent , Susan B. Anthony dollar and a small silver ring , #14 . Clad found in an hour and a half was over $11.00 .

I also see a Korean 100 Won coin, not much for face value, about roughly 10 cents in exchange. It is always interesting to see foreign coins find their ways in some of the most "unusual" of places.

I pulled a Korean 100 Won last summer,I wasn't sure what country it was from until your post and replys.My coin matched up perfectly to yours except for the date.Mine was a 1991.I found it in a schoolyard in Auburn,NH.Thanks for helping me to ID my coin :icon_thumright:

Nice digs. I have a bunch of the Korean Won, German Deutchmarks and other foriegn coins from various assignments over the last 3 decades. I am sure most of the modern currency from foriegn countries comes in that way. I figure I will return some time and it is always nice to hit the airport with a pocket full of currency already.

In the picture of th ring in the hle, what is the blue stone beside it. It looks like it might have fallen from the ring.

It's looks like enamel and not a stone .
