This Is some type of foreign coin it appears to be copper. It is about the size of a quarter/
can anyone identify it? It is in fair condition.

I was leaning toward the same thing it is thin. it was on top of the dirt in a yard

It may be a Spanish maravedi. What state did you find this coin in?

I found it in the State of the lost Mormon gold coins. Good ole Utah. Thank You, for your reply.

Difficult to see but its possible its the castle and lion making it Spanish , I think Moe could be right.
