I have found two of these before. One was brass the other was not brass. Yours, from the pic looks brass and were only produced for 2-3 years. I believe, but don't quote me 1912-1914. However, yours appears to be in poor shape. If you feel lucky you could heat it up and try very carefully to bend it back to shape. In doing so it might bring more $ if you plan to sell.
