Ford ranger logo?

Is this the nger of ranger? I don't know how old it would be since its on my family's property which has been ours for almost 20 years and we never had a ford ranger, any ideas on age? It looks kinda new...thanks!

I noticed that lacked the line connecting the letters, which weren't blocky enough (and wanted to be sure it wasn't from a Challenger)
Anyway, it's apparently from the 80's; 1980's Ford Ranger Fender Script Emblem E27B 16B114 AA | eBay
