Picked up 2 vintage Bulova watches today. I admit, I don't know jack about watches, besides knowing to buy old Bulovas when they are cheap enough.

Looks like one is a 1956 Craftsman (10k gf) and the other is a 1958 Minute Man. Looks like both have sold for big bucks on ebay but mine don't seem to be in operating condition. They also appear to be quite grimy and the crystal is not in great shape either.

Do these still have value as-is? Should I have them fixed up to resell?

Looking for good info from the watch folks who haunt this forum, as I know there are several of you. Thanks!

Oh... Also picked up a nice Cutco steak knife, a Chilton's manual, a Coleman LP picnic stove, and a handmade tackle box (circa 1960s).

I would sell them as is. To get them up and running again, your looking at over $100 each, EASY. The black dial Bulova is more desirable, and it has "fancy" lugs, which is an added bonus, too. The black one should fetch around $150ish, the other one about half of that.
