I found this casing while on a hunt . Thought it was odd. Can you guys give me any info on it. Thanks 20160227_061805-1.jpg 20160227_061717.jpg 20160227_061653-1.jpg

That really is different. Looking at the picture, at the "insert", do you have any guess as to the type of material? It appears to be somewhat opaque. Do you think it is plastic or ceramic? My first thought was a blank cartridge. But I've never seen this before.

The primer is punched so it can't be fired or it could be a dud. Pull out that plug and see if there's something inside it? To me it looks like it was used as a small container. On second thought maybe not open it. You don't what ta get a whiff of something harmful.

It looks, sorta, like simunition. Used in law enforcement training. All I have saw and used shot little paint pellet projectiles that will leave little bruises on you...d2

He got this one my friend. All I did was click on the link he provided. Until I saw that I was leaning towards some sort of 9mm shotshell round. I'd love to have some though for my Beretta..

police / military type training ammo ...shoots out a brusing type non lethal round that "hurts" enough to train you to not be hit yet helps to train you how to react upon being hit to help survive being hit --how to push on after being hit with a not lethal hit -- ie your wounded now what?
